Description
Project Coordination:
• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating ongoing projects.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports.
• Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Leasing Administration:
• Support the leasing process by preparing and managing contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, and legal teams regarding lease terms, renewals, and compliance.
• Maintain leasing records and track payments, expirations, and renewals.
Operational Support:
• Assist in managing administrative tasks related to operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement, service agreements, and operational needs.
• Track and monitor service contracts and deliveries.
Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure that all documentation related to projects, leasing, and operations is properly maintained.
• Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary records and reports.
General Administration:
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
