• Know our products and services inside and out so answer questions that may arise;
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests;
• Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
• Any task/s as assigned by the DM.
