Description
1. Able to understand the Enterprise Asset management Application.
2. Able to understand customer requirements and document.
3. Able to convert customer requirements into technical specification which is understandable to the technical teams.
4. Support customer with the issues reported during the project and support.
5. Support the Project Manager/Team Leads during the project to carry out assigned project/support activity.
6. Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are assigned and tracked.
7. Track and demonstrate progress against schedule, scope, and budget.
8. Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
9. Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams, business users, and vendors.
10. Identify and ensure stakeholders stay informed about progress, risks, and roadblocks during the project.
11. Monitor risks, issues, and change requests and update the risk/issue register.
12. Prepare project status report on agreed timeline for the project and internal management.
13. Manage quality of the deliverables are maintained during the project activities.
14. Manage test scripts, track defects, and follow up with technical teams.
Manage project documentation in the central repository for the project.
