Al Masaood LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team on-site. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices are maintained across all company operations. As an HSE Officer, you will be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety and compliance, safeguarding both our employees and the environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence in safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection findings.
• Collaborate with management and staff to foster a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and legislative changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

• Requirements:Minimum of a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Officer or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
