Description
The role should maintain a
portfolio of major clients, understanding customer needs, ensure services are delivered in a timely manner,
liaising between customers and internal teams for a best-in-class service.
The role will provide job training to Shelf Stackers and Merchandisers and monitor their work performance
to achieve the agreed sales results, volume and value.
Ensure full availability & visibility of products in the assigned outlets as per approved planogram. Handle
and resolve issues related to in-charge stores. Oversee the implementation plan and the required customer
service level for each assigned territory. The job holder will maintain mutual beneficiary relationship with
existing and potential Key Accounts in his area either directly or through Merchandisers.
