Description
Pharmedic is a UAE-based biotechnology and digital health startup focused on medication safety, patient education, and responsible health innovation. We are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to support the creation and coordination of educational, brand, and institutional content across our digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in healthcare, communications, and digital media, and who is comfortable working within regulated environments. The candidate will support content ideation, drafting, scheduling, and coordination, while ensuring all content aligns with internal compliance processes and Department of Health (DoH) advertising requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and design social media content (posts, captions, visuals) for Pharmedic’s platforms
- Support educational and awareness-focused health content (non-promotional)
- Coordinate content calendars and posting schedules
- Ensure all social media content is logged under the DoH Request to Log a Health Advertisement prior to publishing
- Collaborate with internal teams on announcements, institutional updates, and campaigns
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain consistency with Pharmedic’s brand tone and visual identity
This role does not involve independent publishing of clinical or medical claims and works under internal review and approval processes.
