The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation (AGF) and The Fifth Element Academy have launched the Nomu Al Ghurair Reach, a new pathway under the Nomu Al Ghurair Program designed to address the skills gap and promote private sector employment. This pathway focuses on helping Emirati and Arab youth with high school qualifications or below to elevate their skills for the workforce.
Nomu Al Ghurair equips participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in the private sector. Nomu Al Ghurair Reach is a three-month program that combines AI-enhanced learning, expert mentorship, and practical career experience to prepare candidates for the evolving demands of the private sector job market.

Nomu Al Ghurair Reach is our answer to unlocking the vast potential of our youth,” said Hashim Al Zaabi, CEO of The Fifth Element Academy. “By combining advanced technology with personalized guidance, we’re cultivating the next generation of leaders and innovators for the UAE and the broader Arab world.
